Context & Challenge

Aesthetix launched as a custom prints and neon signs brand with strong product-market fit but no paid media infrastructure. They had a Shopify store, a small organic following, and no clear strategy for scaling profitably.

The challenge: a highly visual, gifting-driven product that needed both discovery and conversion optimization — and a team with no bandwidth to build it themselves.

Strategy

We identified TikTok Shop as the primary acquisition channel and Amazon as the conversion safety net. Rather than scaling ad spend immediately, we invested in creative velocity and affiliate infrastructure first — then scaled spend once we had proof of what worked.
